Last updated: August 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Genesis, Genesis Global (“Genesis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at genesisios.com and our business of directly acquiring industrial outdoor storage real estate. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you give us directly. Your name, email address, telephone number, property address, and any message or property details you submit through our contact form or provide during a call, text message, or email exchange.
- Consent records. When you check a consent box on our website, we record the exact consent language displayed to you, whether you checked it, the date and time of submission, and the IP address associated with the submission. These records exist to document your consent.
- Property information from public records. Assessor and recorder data, deeds, parcel maps, zoning and permitting records, tax records, and other publicly available real property information.
- Information from third-party data providers. Ownership, contact, and property-characteristic data licensed from commercial real estate and skip-tracing data providers.
- Technical information. Basic server log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to operate and secure the site.
2. How We Use Information
- To evaluate and underwrite properties for potential acquisition.
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you by phone, email, or text message about your property.
- To prepare, negotiate, and close purchase transactions, including title, escrow, and due diligence work.
- To maintain records of consent and communications.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website, and to comply with applicable law.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers. Hosting, database, email, and customer-relationship providers that process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Transaction participants. Title companies, escrow agents, attorneys, surveyors, environmental consultants, lenders, and capital partners involved in a specific transaction.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
4. Mobile Information and Text Messaging
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in, we may send you text messages about your property inquiry, responses to your questions, and follow-up on prior conversations. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any service we provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messages, or reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at Apryor@genesisllc.com or 850-585-9271 with any messaging question.
5. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Consent and opt-out records are retained for at least four years as required for messaging compliance. Transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable real property and tax law. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls limiting employee access to those with a business need, and use of reputable hosting and database providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and How to Request Deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion, to opt out of marketing communications, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email Apryor@genesisllc.com or call 850-585-9271 with the subject line “Privacy Request” and enough information for us to locate your record. We will confirm receipt and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Deletion requests are honored except where we must keep records to comply with law, complete a transaction, or maintain proof of messaging consent and opt-out.
To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from us.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are directed to property owners and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at Apryor@genesisllc.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
